Proposed Changes to OHS Regulations – Your Chance To Comment

Every 10 years the Victorian OHS Regulations are reassessed and updated to ensure they meet contemporary workplace safety management obligations.

According to WorkSafe Chief Executive Clare Amies, not only should the changes improve workplace safety, it is also important that none of the regulatory changes reduce safety standards.

Public comments will be accepted by WorkSafe until Friday, 9 September 2016.

Comments can be provided online, via email or by post.
