Our third speaker for our International Women's Day Afternoon Tea is Aubra Dearden

Aubra Dearden has recently commenced as a Security Operations Manager at The Royal Melbourne Hospital. She works to assist the Director, Security & Safety in leading and developing RMH's strategic and operational security and screening function and ensuring the Security & Safety team provide a high quality customer service that achieves a consistently safe environment. 

Aubra has nearly 20 years experience criminal justice, management and security across the public and private sectors including policing, corrections, workplace safety and security.
