International Women's Day Afternoon Tea Speaker #1

Our first speaker for our International Women's Day Afternoon Tea is Rachell DeLuca

Rachell DeLuca's career in the security industry commenced in 1998 working in security control rooms. She quickly recognised an affinity to protective security and risk as a career path and sought out formal education programmes while working her way through different areas of the industry to build her first-hand experience.

Moving into consulting in 2007, Rachell's experience now covers a range of industry sectors and includes security risk management, strategy and policy development, management consulting, passive and active systems design and project management. She found a genuine passion for working closely with her clients to identify and address their unique security needs, producing outcomes that are both operationally sound and cost effective, to ensure maximum value.

Rachell's dedication to identifying holistic security solutions has seen her deliver projects within Australia, and Internationally.  She was recognised in 2017 by the International security industry, receiving the OSPA Award for Most Outstanding Security Consultant in Australia.

Rachell has recently taken the plunge to start her own consultancy, Protective Security Advisory and is looking forward to bringing her years of experience to new clients and emerging sectors.
