Conference on Domestic and Family Violence - Sydney

Domestic and family violence is rife in Australia. Concerningly, 1 in 6 women have experienced physical or sexual violence by a current or former partner, and one woman a week is killed (AIHW, 2018). Risk assessors and those responsible for workplace safety must consider the implications of violence in or around the workplace.

To address this complex issue, the Sydney Institute of Criminology is organising a one-day conference on domestic and family violence. This event will take place in person at the University of Sydney Camperdown Campus on Wednesday, 9 November.

More information is available though the University of Sydney.
