AGM and Your New Committee

The AGM was conducted in South Melbourne on Tues 4 December 2019. For the first time nominations for the new committee could be submitted electronically. This approach proved most successful.

There were many achievements discussed at the AGM including:

• Two education programs that were successfully provided in 2018
• A committee that achieved its planned objectives for the year
• Increased sponsorship and membership
• Winner of ASIS International’s Chapter of the Year Award
• Revised Articles of Association
• High level engagement with members through the website and social media

We thank our members and committee who have volunteered to further enhance ASIS International and security throughout Australia and the region.
