Australia Post has recently appointed Simon Brown-Greaves as its first Chief Mental Health Officer, the first time a government business enterprise has taken such a step. The appointment is in line with Australia Post’s shift in focus from illness management to illness prevention through education and awareness.

Simon is a psychologist with over 35 years’ experience specialising in senior executive and mental health advocacy. He has worked with the VicPol psychology unit, the Office of Corrections, Department of Justice and not for profits such as Beyond Blue.

Simon also chairs a Mental Health Council of external thought leaders to bring the latest trends and research to further challenge organisations.
