Terrorism (Community Protection) Amendment Bill 2015

The Terrorism (Community Protection) Amendment Bill 2015 (the Bill) amends the Terrorism (Community Protection) Act 2003 (Vic) to provide for the remote entry of premises for the purposes of covert search warrants, to extend the operation of preventative detention orders and prohibited contact orders and for other purposes

This legislation extends existing law relating to the risk of terrorism.   A copy of the Bill is available on the Government of Victoria website (see link below)
