New Liquor Regulations 2020

The new Liquor Control Reform Interim Regulations came into operation on 2 November 2020. For security risk assessors and operators it is imperative relevant content of the new Regulations are included in security protocols.

Of particular importance are:

• Standards for security cameras at licensed premises (Part 4)
• Prescribed conditions for minors at live music events (Part 8)
• Prescribed barring order requirements (Part 11)
