Intimate Partner Violence

At our first event in 2015 Judge Eugene Hyman discussed issues around court security from a USA perspective. The Judge is an expert on domestic violence and founded the first domestic violence courts in the USA.

Attached is a paper recently published in New Zealand that was co-authored by Judge Hyman.

Amongst other things, it is clear the issues of domestic violence are similarly experienced in other Western jurisdictions.
